Your time is valuable. When pest pressure strikes, you want fast, guaranteed results. At Green Giant, we know this, so we offer a 2-Hour Guarantee, which means a Green Giant Pest Control technician will be at your property within two hours of your request, or the service is free.

Our fast, reliable, friendly response guarantee promises that a Green Giant pest control expert will arrive for inspection at your residence within two hours of your initial call. Green Giant’s pest control services span southeastern Pennsylvania. As a locally-owned family business since 1981, Green Giant has high quality standards set for our services team, including drug and background screenings, so we know who’s coming to your house.

Terms of the Green Giant 2-Hour Guarantee:

• Applies only to service requests within our service territory
• Applies Monday – Friday, with the exception of holidays
• Customer’s request must be received before 3:00 PM.
  • If your request is after 3:00 PM, we guarantee that we will be at your property by 10:00 AM the next business day.
• The clock starts ticking when we have received the needed details (such as name, address, customer’s contact information and type of pest problem).
• The 2-Hour Guarantee does not come into play if a different time schedule is agreed to by the customer and Green Giant.
• Green Giant management reserves the right to modify these terms or discontinue the 2-Hour Guarantee program at any time for any reason.
• The 2-hour response only ensures that our technician will arrive at your property within two hours. The time related to treating the pest problem is unrelated to the two-hour guarantee.
• The following pest control issues are not included in the 2-Hour Guarantee.
  • Termites
  • Wildlife Control (groundhogs, squirrels, skunks, etc.)
  • Bed Bugs
