“I just wanted to drop a note to you concerning Kasey’s pest service call to my home yesterday.  Kasey is a very thorough, friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful technician.

I told him of some flies and wasps I found in our guest room.  He investigated and found the cause of the infiltration that I have been trying to solve for two years.  He used an infrared camera in the guest room to spot any cracks or holes where the insects could enter the house.  He found an area at the wall/ceiling junction where there was a crack in our log house that went through to the roof area.  The thermal imaging camera he used was perfect to identify the problem spot.  He then used his cell phone on the end of a long pole to video an area outside at the same area of the guest room wall that showed a crack where the insects are entering the house.

Kasey’s knowledge of the pest’s life cycle and habits, and his use of some very good technology identified the problem so I can caulk the cracks and stop the flies, wasps, etc, from entering my home.  I just wanted to thank Kasey for his awesome work and let you know what a great employee you have in Kasey”
