Green Giant Lawn Care Announces $1,000 Gift Certificate Photo Contest Winner
Fleetwood, PA (10, February 2017) – Green Giant Lawn and Tree Care announces the $1,000 Grand Prize winner of the 2016 photo contest. Glenn and Mallory Kercher of Reading, Pennsylvania won the End-of-Year contest with the same image that previously won them first place and a $100 gift certificate in March.
Beginning in March 2016, the company’s customers entered their beautiful lawns into a monthly photo contest. Friends, family, and fellow customers voted for their favorite lawn on the Green Giant Lawn and Tree Care website. Based on the number of votes, a first and second place winner was chosen each month. The first place winner won a $100 Green Giant gift certificate.
The End-of-Year contest was a collection of the first and second place winners throughout the year. In December, the community voted on their pick to be the grand prize winner. Until the final days of the month, Mallory’s photo remained in second place, but quickly earned a significant amount of votes to win. The Kerchers received 744 votes on her award winning image. The second place winner received 546 votes.
Mallory’s Green Giant gift certificate is valid for any Green Giant Lawn & Tree Care or Green Giant Pest Control service.
Mallory Kercher has always been pleased with the service Green Giant provides her home. “When we moved into our house 5 1/2 years ago, one of the first things we did was hire Green Giant for lawn care services. Our lawn was an eyesore– mostly crab grass and covered with dandelions. Within two treatments, we saw significant improvement. Now our yard is an area we are proud of and can enjoy with our young children thanks to Green Giant!”
Green Giant evaluated her property and provided her with the recommended lawn care package to make her lawn look the way it does today. This includes weed control, insect control and fertilizer.
